Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice should include the following:

  1. Your contact information.
  2. A description of the content that was removed and where it was located on the website before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the district in which you are located.
